The Training Program for Nikkei Communities implemented by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) aims to contribute to the further development of Nikkei communities and nation-building in destination countries through technical cooperation for those (not limited to Nikkei) who will play a leading role in the collaboration between Japan and the Nikkei communities in Latin America.
